Sapphire
Ocean space cannot teach us how to swim,
though perhaps an ancient boat could get repaired,
and make it across someday,
even if still half broken.
The sea once searched for a storm,
the sky accepted its proposition
by making it as dry as a desert.
We are left with nothing.
We're lost in this adventure.
It's you and me,
do we care to wonder?
I don't need much of anything,
as long as you stay with me
so, i can dive into your eyes made of sapphire,
and find a piece of my own shelter.
